Wkg Sci skills catch up science Jan 22

LETTA in conjunction with THEP are pleased to offer this new primary science course, as part of a local Enthuse project.
Within the day, we’ll consider progression across year groups and phases inlight of the need to catch up skills gaps from the past 2 years. We’ll look at different ways of effectively recording learning & monitoring progress.
We’ll also build in an opportunity to consider Ofsted’s research review on science learning and consider units of work which balance and sequence appropriately the teaching of knowledge and skills. Some of this will be through discussions about sequences of learning in Y4 and Y5 classes from book looks.

***PLEASE BRING 2 EXS pupils books per class for Y4 and Y5
