LETTA is a lead delivery partner for the Full Induction Programme (FIP), delivered in partnership with the East London Teaching School Hub. We provide funded, high-quality induction for Early Career Teachers, helping them to embed the core principles of the ITTECFin their early teaching years.
Personalised induction programme
A programme of support for Early Career Teachers based on feedback from ECTs and mentors. Access to support and advice for managing workload and stress. Training on organisation, time management and positive psychology. Access to a team of tutors and CPD opportunities.
Wellbeing
LETTA take wellbeing seriously. We are committed to safeguarding the wellbeing of all our ECTs. All ECTs enrolled on our induction programme have access to face-to-face and/or telephone counselling, financial guidance, money management support, legal information and work-life support including childcare, disability care and tenancy matters.
Career development roadmap
LETTA are committed to the ongoing professional development of all our partner teachers. At the end of the induction year, ECTs will have the opportunity to access a range of other professional learning programmes offered by LETTA. These include an Early Career Teacher Programme (Year 2 of ECF), Improving Teacher Programme, Outstanding Teacher Programme, NPQs, New to Leadership Programme, Authentic Leadership Programme and more.
