Advanced Coaching & Mentoring – Flyer

Raise standards of teaching by harnessing your staff’s own potential, and help your teachers to successfully coach each other. Whether your school already uses this collaborative method as part of continuing professional development, or if it’s new to you, this course offers straightforward, accessible ways to develop coaching at your school. Coaching and mentoring are processes that allow individuals to reach their full potential. This 2-day course will outline the common things coaches and mentors do, and provide participants with an opportunity to practice and develop these skills.

Who should attend?

LETTA mentors, experienced and new leaders, including headteachers, principals, deputy and assistant headteachers, vice and assistant principals, heads of department, subject leaders and coordinators, and all those responsible for staff development, line management and/or staff appraisal.
